Engineered wood flooring has a suitable structure, is professionally produced, contains high-quality components, and is moisture- and wear-resistant. It works fairly well and installation is not too difficult. Its structure is also strong. But you can actually save money with it.
This item is also a part of our Fumed Oak line, which uses a fuming process to darken the wood and emphasize the grain. This procedure is carried out on raw, unfinished oak due to the high tannin content of oak. Other types of wood can also go through this process, although they won't get as black. The fumed oak line has a more natural while retro design that truly shines your interior spaces. Smoking oak, as opposed to staining, is permanent and does not obscure the grain.

1. THE SILK MATT UV FINISH
Surface treatments are widely available and vary in price depending on the high-quality wood species and desired appearance. Contrarily, the Silk Matt UV finish keeps the wear- and scratch-resistant qualities of UV lacquer while having an ultra-matte gloss of less than 5% and feeling like a naturally oiled surface.
2. REAL SOILD WOOD WEAR LAYER
Because natural flooring may be sanded and refinished if necessary in the future and has a stronger wear layer, it is believed to be of greater quality and to last longer. The majority of engineered wood floors can be recoated, regardless of how deep the wear layer is, and if properly maintained, all engineered floors may last a very long period, making them an investment that pays off.
3. SUPPORTIVE CENTRAL CORE
The engineered herringbone wood floor is more versatile and creates a more stable floor, especially in areas with varying moisture levels, because the core is constructed of a composite of softwood, high density fiberboard, or plywood.
